IF YOU MISS PRE-REGISTRATION YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER DURING PUBLIC REGISTRATION

 

REGISTRATION IS ONLINE ONLY WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

 

You MUST fall in one of these categories in order to participate in pre-registration.

- Currently attending Joyful Noise Christian Preschool

- Attended JNCP in the past (Alumni)

- Church Member (attended and completed the member class)

- Director Permission/Watkins Daycare

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Pre-registration is NOT first come first serve.

  • You will be asked to give us your 1st, 2nd & 3rd class choice.

  • While we do our best to honor your 1st choice, it is dependent on how many students are requesting the same class and we also take into consideration class balance with regards to gender and special needs. 

  • There is a place to leave notes or comments on your registration form if there is anything you need to let us know regarding class placement.

  • Class placements are made once registration is closed. 

  • You will be notified by Wednesday evening, Jan 31 of your placement..  WATCH YOUR E-MAIL FOR THIS NOTIFICATION.

 

TUITION

  • Registration fee + one month tuition deposit is due at registration

  • Tuition deposit is NOT your September payment.  It is applied to the last month of tuition in May.

  • Tuition deposit is refundable until July 31.  Registration fee in non-refundable.

  • If you are currently enrolled and the pre-paid tuition deposit is financial burden, please contact the preschool director to discuss possible arrangements.  206.949.9045

PREPARE AHEAD OF TIME FOR REGISTRATION

If you have difficulty with online registration it is not the form.  Please try the following before you call. 

- If you are registering using a cell phone/tablet you will encounter (security) problems when you try to pay if you have not installed your phone updates. 

- If your cell signal is weak or you are on public wi-fi, you may experience problems when you pay. 

- Consider using a computer (laptop or desktop computer)

- Do not use Internet Explorer.  If you are using a Mac or PC, use Chrome or Firefox browser (keep your browser software updated)

- Do not walk away from your registration form or it will time out

- If you click to submit your form after entering payment information and nothing happens, refer to the the suggestions above.  Most likely it is a software update or browser issue (outdated), your form timed out or your cell signal is weak. 

- If you have tried all these options and are still having issues - please call the preschool director at 206.949.9045 for assistance. 

 

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN I REQUEST MY CHILD BE WITH A FRIEND WHO IS ALREADY ENROLLED OR GOING TO ENROLL?

If there is another family already enrolled or who is going to enroll and you would like them to be placed together in the same class.
please let us know (not guaranteed) on your registration form.  We recommend selecting an afternoon class together as our morning openings are limited.  IMPORTANT:  The other child must also have your name on their form too and the same first and second class options.  We cannot accommodate friend requests for classes that are already full or if the other family does not have your child's name listed..  Our wait list is an option however priority is given to those who are already registered (in-house) and we take into consideration classroom dynamics, special needs and gender when making placements from our wait list in order to ensure a well-balanced classroom. 

 

THE ONLY CLASS THAT WORKS FOR US IS FULL, IF I AM ON THE WAIT LIST HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT?

We do our very best to accommodate families on our wait list with priority given to those who are already registered.  Unfortunately we cannot predict when we will have an opening.   Openings come available when a family moves, changes schools, moves to another class, withdraws because their child isn't ready, etc..  We take into consideration classroom dynamics, special needs and gender when making placements from our wait list in order to ensure a well-balanced classroom.  

 

I'M NOT SURE IF MY CHILD WILL BE POTTY TRAINED BY SEPTEMBER.  SHOULD I WAIT TO REGISTER?

We understand that many  of our three year olds come to class in pull-ups in the event they have an accident.  We do our best to work with families whose child is almost potty trained, but not quite there.  Our teachers do not change soiled pull-ups/diapers. 

 

If you register, you do have until July 31 to withdraw your child and receive a full refund on your pre-paid tuition deposit (registration fee is non-refundable). 

 

ONLY AFTERNOON CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE.  WHAT IF MY THREE YEAR OLD CAN'T GIVE UP HIS AFTERNOON NAP?

You know your child best, let that be your gauge.  We can tell you in our experience as early childhood educators, rarely has a three-year old enrolled for an afternoon class and had to withdraw or move to a morning class due to their nap schedule.   You would be surprised at how well preschoolers will adjust to a new routine and schedule when they are in a group learning environment. Our 3's program is only a 2-day program which helps with this transition.  Alot of growth happens in a short amoutn of time Summer (before school starts) is a good time to start adjusting their schedule a bit to be ready for preschool.

 

IF I NEED TO WITHDRAW AFTER I REGISTER, HOW DO I NOTIFY YOU?

In the event you need to withdraw your child from our school, please send us an e-mail at joyfulnoise@lscc.org.  Withdrawals before July 31 will receive a refund on their pre-paid tuition deposit.  Registration is is non-refundable.
